It barely detected any of the carpets in my house and with the "smart ai" cleaning mode it is supposed to detect and raise the mop but it doesn't. It just keeps mopping my carpets.

I have the eufy c10 and x10 and Dreame x40 ultra. If price is not an option, my preference would be the x40 ultra as the only thing it isn’t doing for us is getting under low furniture.

I use it only on hard floor and don't notice any issue regarding vacuum. It misses sometimes little thing as my old roborock so I'm not surprised or dispointed. Mopping is good!

It’s been ok so far. I am not a heavy user or have any pets. It does a decent job. I like the build quality. I feel the navigation is may be a tad worse than dreame I have.

Just bought it a week ago and love it. Can't comment on longevity obviously but the mapping, and "smart" features are very cool, and it does a decent job vacuuming and mopping.

It was working fine until yesterday when it started wetting the mops for no reason. It starts vacuuming, keeping the pads retracted, but the pads end up soaking wet after it's done.

Mopping works well, the base station is great and obstacle avoidance is best in class. Only the hair detangling feature doesn’t work well and the vacuuming could be better.

I didn't have much of an issue with performance but it was the navigation and getting stuck issue that stood out for me with this machine. I sent two back for the same reason.

That crazy mine works very well. No issues. I dump and refill daily and I check the filters and brushes weekly. Mine doesn’t get hair stuck in the brush, mine avoids obstacles.

it doesn't vacuum as well but still good enough for our standards. While the hair is easier to clean from the rubber roller, I have to clear the hair at least once per week as it clogs the ends

if it just vacuums the carpet alone the suction power is the same as if vacuuming the tiled area ie low and it matters not what vacuuming settings I use ie turbo or max.

Just got the X10 Pro Omni for two weeks and loving it so far, using both vac for carpet and mop for wooden and tile floors. Place hasn't been so clean regularly for a while.

I am constantly struggling to connect it to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and when it finally connects, it loses connection constantly. I cannot reliably start a cleaning cycle.

I have not had the same experience myself. Suction is slightly better than my Roborock, cable ID capability is impressive. I have had it run over a cable once and never had it misidentify one.

I like my eufy x10. It’s my first, but I feel it does a decent job. I don’t have to rescue it. It could get edges better though. It avoids obstacles a little too much.

This useless thing starts cleaning the mops … drying the mops and all kinds of excuses when asked to go cleaning … haven’t seen anything more lazy than this monster

I just got one and I agree that it's pretty awesome! I have mostly all hard floors and it keeps them nice and clean all the time. As someone who hates vacuuming, this was a total game changer.

Overall, I think I'm happy with it. Vacuums and mops pretty well but I have nothing to compare it to as the x10 is my first robovac. I did have battery issues with it and eufy sent me a replacement

I actually enjoy it very much. Granted, I don’t have any other robot experience, I like it. Does leave some circular mop streaks on the floor though.

I've had my X10 for about two months now and it has performed very satisfactory up until now. It picks up about everything in it's path and has very thorough navigation, including climbing ramps.

I've had the Eufy X10 Pro Omni for about a year now, and it's been a major letdown. It does a poor job with hair, and the default suction barely picks up anything.

r/Roborock— neutral

My eufy X10 Pro Omni can estimate the water level. It assumes that every time you remove the clean water tank you will fill it to the max fill line.

I've had mine for 2.5 months now. It has run for 63 hours, and no issue with it. I have hard floor everywhere, 508 sqft. I have 2 big dogs and 1 cat.

I had an x10 and returned it because vacuum performance was pants and it kept getting stuck against the wall and refused to reverse. Mopping was good though.
