“Sony sound terrible by default. For whatever reason their XM overear lineup has always been tuned muddy. But you can mostly fix it with the in app settings. They have better ANC.”

“Out of the box, the XM6 bass felt a bit tighter and less boomy than the XM4. But with a slight EQ boost, it honestly sounds better deeper and more controlled. So yeah, EQ totally made up for it!!”

“For that reason i ordered the wc padz xl for my xm6 , when i looked at reviews they say the regular sized wc pads solved the issue , the xl should be comfortable for long usage”

“I don't really know what are you referring to. The issue is related to a very (now) old Bluetooth codec problem, which with Xm6 and ax211 and win 25h2 should have been solved.”

“The xm5s definitely were, as were the ult wears. But the xm6 hasn't really been out long enough for us to be able to tell. The most durable model up to this point imo is the Sony 1000xm4.”

“I don’t think the spatial thing works with iPhones for XM6. Doesn’t work with Samsung either from what I understand. May work with Nothing or some of the other Androids, but I haven’t tried.”
