“Dude I literally had this problem yesterday! It may be a power glitch. Connect to a charger for 20s and then hold the power button for 10s (or more lol) and it should blink white! Hope it works for you”
“What I did first time when I bought the M4 was to install PowerAmp EQ and create a tune of 31 band, each band tuned for my taste - you can try it if you want, it's not a malware you can check the file. M4”

“Their quality control is trash. Some M4s have perfect balance, while some have volume balance issues. M4s are plagues with Channel Volume Balance problems.”
