Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000

Based on 124 comments across 8 communities
TL;DR
Owners consistently love this trimmer's huge pile of attachments and guards, which let them handle face, head, and body hair with one tool. Battery life gets the loudest praise, with many going weeks or even a month-plus between charges, and people feel it's well-built and a good deal for the price. The main recurring gripe is that it can't be used while it's plugged in charging.

If you want electric, I also recommend the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000. These two have been my dailies for years.

Mine wouldn’t fucking turn on 0/10

I also use the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 (I got it from costco😭). it has a ton of different heads/tools depending on what part your shaving/how much you want to shave off. my only problem with this one is that u have a ton of stretch marks, and I often end up getting little cuts all over from the trimmer. idk if i’m using the right attachment, though☠️

I recently received the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 and have had the opportunity to use it for both hair trimming and shaving. My initial impressions are positive. The device is functioning well across its various functions. However, I did find the array of attachments somewhat confusing at first. Each attachment is color-coded for specific grooming area

Personally I would recommend the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 Series or the Bodygroom 7000 series. I use those and they work well.

I have this, quality is good but design is awful such a pain to use with badly placed overly sensitive power button. I wouldn't buy it again makes me angry every time I use it.

This trimmer is great and I have been using it for 4 years.

I returned it at full price a year ago just because that stupid button made me so angry. Hurt my finger every time. Such a small issue but so annoying

So, I’ve had the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 for a few months, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, it’s versatile and comes with a ton of attachments, which is great if you like to mix up your grooming routine. The battery life is also pretty solid, and the quick charge feature is a nice touch. However, I’ve noticed the build quality is

It sucks to use as a hair trimmer / clippers. The head is too narrow and it takes way to long for my needs. So, now I use this as a body hair (and nose) trimmer only.

Charged & use it for a couple of settings and all. Got myself cut twice one badly. Horrible trimmer. Returning it tomorrow.

it's not a bad product it does the job, actually It's a better quality than I thought it to be

Purchased and returned. overpriced junk and proprietary philliips charging cable is inconvenient.

Have this for a good part of 5 yrs, great trimmer for the head and body. Doesn't work to great for the lower half. No matter how careful I am, I will always nick myself. Even with a 1mm guard on.

For what it’s worth, I really like my Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000! I used to keep short stubble with the 1mm-5mm guides.

Slickdeals▼ don’t recommend

Very uncomfortable to use. I ended up returning it.

I have bought and returned this before, due to deep skin cuts in armpits and other sensitive body areas. Was good for trimming beard though with excellent battery charge and multiple accessory clips.

i switched from my Manscaped Lawnmower 3.0 to Philips Norelco Multigroom 7000 recently: night and day in terms of comfort

This is a great trimmer, but bad as a travel grooming kit. It turns on on the slight touch of some items, I have to make sure to drain all the battery before packing it, and draining it takes forever.

Common problems & things to know

Practical notes owners raise — setup, quirks, and issues to watch for. They don't say whether the person likes the product, so they're not counted in the score, but they inform the pros, cons, and who it's for.

Slickdealsⓘ good to know

I've given myself hair clipper cuts a few times in very sensitive locations. This can happen with any clipper type cutter, so should be expected.
